Our new nursery has been completely renovated over the last couple of weeks, as you all know we have to vacate the current Staithes Road site by 31.1.12. However this is a Tuesday and the landowners will not allow us to stay beyond this date, so it seemed silly to come to this nursery for 2 days and move mid week as it would cause confusion for the children so: Our last day at this Staithes Road site will be Friday 27th January 2012. Our first day at the new Station Road site will be Monday 30th January 2012. I am sure there may be a few teething issues over the first couple of weeks but I am sure you will be patient and support us to get it right!. A condition of the planning approval was that all children must be off the site by 6pm so please do not arrive any later than 550pm to collect your child. Fees
All fees must be up to date in order to secure your child’s place at the new nursery. This means all January invoices are paid in full before Friday 20th January even if you pay weekly.
All February invoices will be paid by the 5th of February (Unless you are a weekly payer who pays EACH week in advance not at the end of the week of attendance) If possible we would prefer people to pay monthly rather than weekly.
We are a small business that relies on parents paying fees in order for staff and overheads to be paid. We had to terminate 2 places at Christmas as fees were not forthcoming. If anyone wishes to speak about their fees please speak to Susan, Thelma or Lucy.

I am attaching the above documents to this newsletter, every parent must complete sign and return asap.We need them to secure your place at the new nursery. There is nothing new in our practice, we have just made sure everything is written down for you. If anyone needs any support filling one in please ask Susan, Thelma or Lucy.
