Opening Times
Monday to Friday 8 - 6pm (0730 starts by appointment only).   Please arrive by 650pm to enable a handover and for staff to lock up at 6pm.  Our planning permission states 0730 to 6pm.  We are open 51 weeks of the year and are closed for Christmas Week and all Bank Holidays.

Complaints Procedure / Praise.
If you have any issues or requests regarding your child at the setting please do not hesitate to discuss with any of the staff or Manager who will try to sort out the matter to your satisfaction.  If you feel there is a serious cause for complaint you can contact Ofsted, Piccadilly Gate Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD Phone number 0845 6404040.  You can of course also contact Ofsted with praise about the setting which will be noted down for the next Ofsted inspecton.

Data Protection Act 1998
It is necessary to hold certain types of information about your child, if you wish to access the personal data held about your child, then please see the Nursery Manager Susan Goodwin

Sickness Policy
Parents will be contacted if their child becomes ill or infectious during a session and will be asked to collect their child as soon as possible.
 
Meals
Our lunches are cooked on site using fresh ingredients and if you have any suggestions for the menu please feel free to share!                               (special diets can be catered for).

  Parents Group
The group meets each term to review policies and procedures, activities and practice at the setting, please ask for details.

Car Park

As part of our Eco ethos we encourage people to walk to our nursery, where this is not possible we have a car park.  Due to health and safety reasons we request that you do not park on the highway.  There is a secure bike park if you wish to cycle to the nursery.
